The Afternoon Knows what the Morning Never Suspected

Saturday Morning

I woke up on a Saturday morning and decided to make a quilt with only fabrics from my closet. So I found these blocks that I had won at an auction at a local quilt guild. They were made by women I knew years before that and someone must have won them and never did anything with them, and then donated them to the guild to sell at the quilt show. I won them in a silent auction so I used them in this quilt. Everything else in this quilt was fabric from my stash--I didn't go buy anything new for it.
